Fulfillment Dashboard

The Fulfillment Dashboard tracks user performance across common fulfillment workflows and inventory operations. It provides managers and team leads with real-time and historical data to monitor efficiency and identify trends.

There is no Picker user type, so the dashboard tracks users, or employees, based on actions within MarketDirect Fulfillment or Mobile Fulfillment.

Dashboard Controls

The Fulfillment Dashboard contains a group of settings and options designed to search, filter, and optimize the available fulfillment data.

To access the dashboard go to Administration > Dashboard. The Dashboard Controls are available in the header.

Dashboard data will automatically update when settings or filters are changed. The Run setting will refresh data that may change during a viewing session.

The CSV will contain the columns and rows visible in the currently selected view (Table / Graph).

Dashboard Types

The Fulfillment Dashboard includes four dashboard types representing key data points for any warehouse operation.

Picker Performance

The Picker Performance dashboard tracks the number of picks per hour per user. It monitors any user who completes a pick action.

General Tracking Metrics:

Picked: Number of items picked during the time period specified by the Calendar.
Pending: Number of items waiting to be picked during the time period specified by the Calendar.

Table columns:

Operator: The user who completed the pick action.
Pick Hour: The date and time the pick action was completed.
Lines Picked: Number of distinct skids picked by the Operator during the Pick Hour.
Total Quantity: Total number of items picked by the Operator during the Pick Hour.

Graph options:

Hourly Trend: Displays the number of picks at each hour during the time period specified by the Calendar.

The Hourly Trend graph includes an average pick quantity for the entire warehouse shift. It is accompanied by a table that displays the number of picks per hour per user.

Top Operators: Displays the top users based on their total number of items picked during the time period specified by the Calendar.

You can hover on the data points or the bars in each graph to display the exact number of items picked.

Inventory Receiving

The Inventory Receiving dashboard tracks the inventory restocked by a user. It credits the restock to any user who initiates the reception of inventory.

General Tracking Metrics:

Products Received: Number of different products received to the warehouse during the time period specified by the Calendar.
Total Quantity: Total number of items received to the warehouse during the time period specified by the Calendar.

Table columns:

Operator: The user who initiated the reception of inventory.
Receive Hour: The date and time the inventory reception was initiated.
Products Received: The number of different products received at the Receive Hour.
Total Quantity: Total number of items received by the Operator during the Receive Hour.

Graph options:

Hourly Receiving Volume: Displays the number of items received at each hour during the time period specified by the Calendar.

Received inventory is color coded by the Operator who initiated the reception. You can hover on a specific color in the bar graph to display the exact quantity and operator responsible for it.

Inventory Transfers

The Inventory Transfers dashboard tracks the inventory moved from one warehouse location to another. It credits the transfer to the user selected in the Assign Transfer To drop-down list in the Transfer window. If no user is assigned to the transfer, then the dashboard will credit the user who initiated the transfer.

General Tracking Metrics:

Products Transferred: Number of different products transferred from one location to another during the time period specified by the Calendar.
Total Quantity Transferred: Total number of items transferred from one location to another during the time period specified by the Calendar.

Table columns:

Operator: The user assigned to the transfer.
Transfer Hour: The date and time the transfer was initiated.
Products Transferred: The number of different products transferred at the Transfer Hour.
Total Quantity: Total number of items transferred by the Operator during the Transfer Hour.

Graph options:

Hourly Inventory Transferred Volume: Displays the number of items transferred at each hour during the time period specified by the Calendar.

Top 10 Operators by Transferred Quantity: Displays the top ten users based on their total number of items transferred during the time period specified by the Calendar.

You can hover on the bars in each graph to display the exact number of items transferred.

Inventory Returns

The Inventory Returns dashboard tracks the products returned to the warehouse. It is the only dashboard type that is NOT a performance tracker for warehouse employees.

General Tracking Metrics:

Return Count: Number of returns.
Total Units Returned: Number of items returned.

Table columns:

Product Name: Name of the product returned.
Return Reason: Reason for the return.
Return Count: Number of returns for this product and return reason during the time period specified by the Calendar.

For example, if two bags are returned to the warehouse at the same time for being damaged, then that counts as a single return. If two bags are returned to the warehouse at the same time, but one is damaged and one is bad quality, then that counts as two returns.

Total Units Returned: Number of items returned for this product and return reason during the time period specified by the Calendar.

For example, six bags are returned to the warehouse. Four are returned because they are damaged, and two are returned because they are in bad quality. The table will include one row for Bags returned Damaged with a total of four, and another row for Bags returned in Bad Quality with a total of two.

Graph options:

Returns By Reason: Displays the number of items returned for each reason during the time period specified by the Calendar.

Return reasons are color coded in the pie chart. You can hover on the slices of the pie chart to display the exact number of items returned for that reason.
