Overview of Tax Models in MarketDirect StoreFront

MarketDirect StoreFront supports two taxation models:

●        Sales Tax: This is the taxation model most commonly used in the United States You have two options for sales tax calculation:

●        Built-in Sales Tax Model: The tax amount is based on the Print Shop and rudimentary tax rates. 

●        CCH Sales Tax Model: Integration with a third-party dedicated tax system, which takes in account recipient addresses and buyer addresses.

●        VAT (Value Added Taxation): VAT/GST is the most common tax model around the world whereby VAT/GST is applied to goods and services.
